WHO WE ARE
Norwax Associates is a full-service property management firm that has been serving the New York real estate community since 1977. We currently manage approximately 2000 units throughout the New York area, providing hands-on management for multifamily properties, coops, and condos of all sizes.
We pride ourselves on maintaining the physical appearance of our properties, while cutting costs, maximizing purchase power, and improving your bottom line. The foundation of our business is personalized service. Over the years, we have worked for individual owners, large corporations, lenders, big institutions, not-for-profits, developers, coops, condos and more. Norwax has been a trusted advisor and agent for various city, municipal, and governmental agencies as well as federal and state courts. Each of our clients has different needs and we can tailor our management accordingly. Most of our current clients have been with us for 15-20 years.

We were born to do this. Most of our senior management and agents have been managing New York City real estate for over 30 years and many of us were taught by the generation before us. We have the experience to advise our clients through the challenging times, and we approach the good times with knowledge, excitement, and caution.
HANDS-ON MANAGEMENT
We’re property managers raised by property managers, which means we know that the only way to effectively manage a property is to visit it regularly. We know our tenants by name and our agents are on call 24/7 to deal with emergencies. You will always have access to senior management and we’ll update you on your property regularly. We believe in open and frequent communication.
